Frequently asked questions
What kind of business is ERA Wellness for?
Businesses that run on bookings: Pilates studios, gyms and fitness clubs, beauty clinics and hair salons. It works for a single studio and for networks with company-run and franchised locations.
Can I run several locations in one system?
Yes. The client record is shared across the network, while price lists, payments, tax registers and calendars stay separate per location. Each user sees only the locations in their scope.
Does ERA Wellness issue electronic invoices?
Yes. Every sale generates the tax document sent through Italy's SDI exchange system, with sequential numbering per location, register and year. Data exports to CSV, Excel, PDF and XML.
Can clients book by themselves?
Yes, from a client app with your studio's brand: they book where there's space, cancel within your window, check in with a QR code and download receipts and invoices.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ERA Wellness runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones and is hosted on UnLead Cloud.
