Frequently asked questions
How are royalties calculated?
With a network rule (percentage of revenue plus an optional fixed fee) and exceptions per franchisee company. The monthly amount generates the invoice to the franchisee.
Can franchisees see other locations' data?
No. Each franchisee only accesses their own locations; head office sees the whole network.
Can clients visit locations run by different franchisees?
Yes. Client records are network-wide: the client is recognised everywhere and packs stay valid under the network's rules.
