Pilatify: a Reformer Pilates network on ERA Wellness.
Pilatify is a network of Reformer Pilates studios, both company-run and franchised. ERA Wellness was built with this network: the system's rules are the ones its studios work by every day.
The context
Several locations, each with one or more six-seat Reformer rooms. Clients who visit different locations, packs that must be valid network-wide, medical certificates to check before every class and trainers to spread across rooms.
The rules
The room is the operating unit. Cancelling within 24 hours frees the seat and creates a make-up class. Without a valid certificate, booking is blocked. Franchisee royalties are calculated monthly from actual revenue.
What changes
One client record for the whole network, a dashboard with what needs handling today, one-click trainer assignment and a client app, My Pilatify, where clients book and cancel by themselves.
