FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage different rooms and devices?

Yes. Each treatment room is a resource with its device; treatments can only be booked where the device is available.

Can treatments have different lengths?

Yes. Each treatment has its own duration plus room set-up time, which the calendar reserves automatically.

How do session courses work?

The course tracks sessions done and remaining, settings for each session and the planned interval, and sends a reminder for the next one.

Is informed consent mandatory?

The clinic decides. When the rule is on, the first session can't be confirmed without signed consent.

Can I manage a nail station too?

Yes. Each station is a resource like the treatment rooms, with its own treatments, lengths and qualified therapists.

Can I sell products alongside treatments?

Yes. Products, treatments and courses go on the same receipt or invoice, including gift cards and instalments.
